A Great Miami Experience!
, Feb 2020
The tour was both fun and Informative. We really enjoyed the stops along Ocean Drive to view the Art Deco architecture and the beach area. Wynwood Walls was amazing, and Little Havana provided a lively atmosphere. Our guide was very knowledgeable and was eager to answer any questions. Both the pick-up and drop off went well, as expected. The bus was very comfortable and provided excellent viewing opportunities.
Nice start to our stay as tour guide gives lots of info so you can get up to date with the areas your going to. Ocean Drive was cool & stylish, Wynwood Walls is inspirational with stunning artwork, Little Havana is amazing for food & culture. A great day and as it finished at 2pm we weren’t too worn out on our first day in Miami. Just be aware traffic can be busy but wasn’t a bother to us.
Took Miami to Max plus boat ride on Biscayne Bay. Liked choice of places to stop:beach, Wynwood Walls, Little Havana, plus a beautiful day to be on a boat. A little hard to understand our tour guide’s accent.
Enjoyed the time your the City of Miami with its eclectic neighbors; traveling through South Beach and seeing the site were the fashion designer was murdered and the park and ocean and then onto Little Havana with its traditional food and shops. It was an exciting 4 hours
Over-all the tour is quite good, I don't think you could go wrong with it. Angel, our driver was absolutely amazing, I wish he could have also been our tour guide would have given 5 stars! Although, there was nothing objectionable about our tour guide (Juan), he was simple not that great. Very hyper, he talked extermely fast making it often difficult to understand what he was saying. He was also unengaging with the group, almost dis-interested. If we had a better tour guide I would have rated the tour 5 stars. Also, in the What's Included tab online it says "Unlimited Bottled Water". This was not the case - Juan handed out 1pp - for a 4 hour cruise on a hot day, one bottle didn't cut it! I am sure some of the other guides are excellent, if you are lucky to get that is, it will be a 5 star tour!
The areas visited were good, and our bus driver was excellent. However, it was disappointing that the tour guide did not give the full presentation. Instead much of it was a recording. There was also a lot of marketing.
Best value for your money. Three 3 opportunities to get off the bus and do some sight seeing. Entire tour is guided, your not left alone. Our guides Angle driver and Gus guide were very conscious of the group as a whole and each as individuals. Bus was nice and clean, lunch was fabulous and desert was great. Would/will use this company again if in Miami. I do recommend Miami to the Max!
This was a great day, walking and taking the bus with a very knowledgeable guide always gave enough time to look and do a bit of your own thing and then be back on bus by allocated time. We also did the cruise component which was great wind blowing in your hair until the rain came but plenty of room downstairs out of the weather and the tour continued and by the time we got back to the wharf the weather was great again.
