Can't rate it any lower. We booked a tour out of Miami, and they gladly took our money. We drove from Sarasota and booked a hotel room specifically for this trip$$. Took an Uber to the meeting station and found that the place had about two months of mail on the floor. This place has been closed for this long, but they are still booking tours? Taking money? We were floored. We're in Miami with nothing to do now and everything is closed. We called and will be refunded the cost of our tour, but dammit, that's absolutely awful business. We sadly made our way back to Sarasota no tour and a lot lighter in the wallet.
This was a very good tour for the price. The Everglades airboat ride was wonderful as was the riverboat cruise. The city bus tour was pretty good. The only complaint we had about that was that they crossed the bridges at such high speed that you got beaten to death by the wind if you were on top. Also, the Little Havana stop was too focused on a couple of their preferred businesses so we didn’t see much. Overall, though, it was a really good experience
Only thing is the trip to the Everglades was very short I wish it wasnt such a rush and the air boat ride was so much fun. we didnt get to have any food or drinks like was stated before the boat ride because we were running behind somehow and they rushed us into the boat. Over all a good experience but I wish it was less waiting at the loading location and more time on the actual experiences.
Great tour - our city tour guide was amazing, we had a chance to check out a little Cuban cigar shop and taste Cuban coffee in Little Havana. We had a stop for lunch followed by a boat tour. We ended our day in the Everglades, where we had an opportunity to hold a baby alligator. We didn’t come back too late either.

This was decidedly an awful tour - save your money and do something else. We were herded like cattle at the outset, and then for the bus tour the narration is overly scripted and incredibly shallow - like reading the National Enquirer. Stops left little time to do anything. The Biscayne Bay Cruise was worse. Poor communication from the staff nearly led us to miss the boat ride - perhaps we would have been better off. The narrator could not have been more annoying or less informative. Zero stars were not an option, or I'd have rated it 0.
Have done this trip before with my mum ( mobility issues) and this was not well time managed nor thought out
Went Everglades first with WAY TOO LONG break there food options poor and all animal exhibits absent
On bus tour shown in interesting area graffiti/art district but didn’t stop rushed (25mins) in little Havana where there is plenty to see and do then off to bayside for lunch 445pm which is way too late too much time here before cruise ( good) then last bus back 730 was planning I’m doing this trip in November again with my mum but will not do it ( too much for her and no time management)
A lot to do for the price! Plan for more like 10+ hours. We had plenty of time to eat at different places and get a feel for the Miami culture. For the ride back on top of bus it was chilly and obviously windy, so bring a light jacket with a hood! And for the airboat ride, it’s fast & noisy - and the alligators are intimidating! Beware!! Great fun!
