Angel is a great tour guide. We ate Cuban pastries, Cuban burgers, had a little taste of amazing sugar cane drinks, ice cream and churros! Angel showed us a great time and history to such a large group and also gave us time to take pictures and take short detours as well. Really glad he was our tour guide.

No call, no show. My son had to call the booking agency to see what was happening. They said the guide had a family emergency. We had a $60 Uber to Little Havana. The meeting place (a Cuban bakery) had no idea about any tours and the Cuban lady behind the counter was not happy we even asked and that we didn’t speak Spanish. They said they’d instantly refund us. We still haven’t seen that. Filed a dispute with our credit card company. Family emergencies happen, but a little professionalism would have gone a long way. There we were, stuck in Little Havana with no idea where to go or what was going on. What a deal!

We get a lot of people who make reservations and show up late, or not at all, and then want to get a refund. And we still confirm and give the OK for the refund. A refund (no matter the circumstances) is the last thing to worry about. Your credit card company never reached out to our company. The Refund was issued by Viator since you did not participate in the tour. We approve refunds for all no shows and people who weren't able to make it on time or any other situations that arise, because Customer Service is our Top Priority, We are truly saddened by your 1 Star review of our tour that you did not participate in. We work very hard to bring the very best Little Havana Tour and are Passionate to bring the Cuban Experience to life. Being "THE ONLY" daily and hourly Cuban Owned Little Havana Tour.

Fantastic tour of Little Havana

We took this tour with Angel and had a great time! We got to try a Cuban sandwich, Cuban coffee, two flavours of pastellitos, Cuban ice cream and of course mojitos! We also got to see domino park, the famous Ball & Chain, many places on Calle Ocho, and cigars being hand rolled which was awesome. Angel comes from a Cuban family of many generations so can give you a really detailed insight into Cuban culture and traditions. Forget the generic tours, this one is the real deal. Please don’t worry about there only being a couple of reviews, this is a relatively new business but Angel has a lot of experience giving tours. You won’t regret booking this tour!
