City Tour Miami + Boat Tour

Jose was the most amazing guide. We felt so very fortunate to have had him as he made our tour of MiAmi one will will never forget. We sure hope we are able to get him again and we will be recommending your company to all our friends in Canada. Thank you sooo much Jose.

Disappointed in the tour. Four adults were hoping to get a taste of city highlights having limited time in Miami. Guide was 45 minutes late to the pick-up site we were told to wait. He was not welcoming and didn’t make introductions among the passengers (10). Website information did not totally align with what was delivered. Not enough information shared about the city during the long waits in traffic. No water offered. No information offered about WiFi use. Preview of daylong tour lacking (re bathrooms, lunch, stops along the way, etc.). Passengers left to stroll sites on their own with only direction to meet at a certain spot after 15, 30, or 90 minutes. More guide information would have been nice.Air freshener in van overwhelming. Boat ride in harbor was pleasant. Interesting to see architecture of homes/estates, ships loaded and unloaded. Bilingual presentation by boat guide but no opportunity to ask questions. Rapid fire monologue. Truly disappointing as this was not the first Viator tour taken.

Two couples having limited time in Miami wanted a nice tour of the city, highlights and background. Easy to book online but the description of the tour didn’t quite match with what was delivered, and the guide was lacking. Found our pick/up spot and expected to start at 10:00; started about 10:45. Re-grouped after boat tour; 30 minute gap until the van tour started. No water as promised as an amenity. Strong air freshener in van overwhelming. No communication about what to expect about bathrooms on the daylong excursion or meal plans. Would liked to have known what to expect. No greeting/introduction to other passengers to acquaint us with fellow travelers. Only ten on board. Minimal descriptions of what we were seeing and sharing about the city. We were left off at stops and told to meet back in 30 minutes or 90 minutes, etc. We did see the sites listed on the website but most of the days was spent waiting or sitting in traffic. Boat tour on Biscayne Bay was enjoyable but the patter by the guide was a little overwhelming. Miami skyline beautiful!

Our tour guide Jose was super professional with high degree of attention as well as courtesy & mannerism. He has a broad knowledge of all the areas that we visited. The tour was not crowded & very manageable. The boat ride was probably the highlight with another tour guide on the boat explaining well re: all the properties owned by celebrities along the way. Overall, this is a tour that lived up to its reputation of being five stars (*****). Very highly recommended…...
