For your own sake, don’t book!

We waited over an hour outside for the bus with no sign of it. I contacted customer service (the lady on the phone was lovely) but she told me that the bus had already came, we had attempted to get on a bus but the driver told us it was not the right bus. She told us there would be another bus in 40 minutes but we would miss our booked boat trip and she could not guarantee that we would get on another. She told me that the driver told us that it was the wrong bus because Viator had recently changed the name of the tour and that my ticket said a different name than the tour name he was familiar with. How ridiculous! I had the right ticket and he refused me. When I emailed the company for a refund they made it out that it was my fault for not getting on the second bus. They told me that they had contacted me earlier but they hadn’t. And they refused my refund request although it was the company’s fault that we did not get on the bus or the boat. So frustrated by the whole experience and I would give it zero stars if I could. I would definitely not recommend this trip or booking with Viator.

Trip interesting Supreme Travel rubbish

This trip was very interesting BUT Supreme Travel are the worst company I have ever booked a trip through. They were one hour late and only picked us up after repeated phone calls. They also did not tell us there was a 2 hour wait to get back to our hotel. I suggest you get there by local bus and just book the trip a lot cheaper and more efficient. You can also get this trip free if you book other trips and get it as an add on.

Very interesting cruise around the harbours of Valletta and the 3 cities. Interesting commentary. A little expensive for what it was compared to say the Comino cruise which was only 5€ more for a whole day. A little shorter than the promised 1 hour 30 minutes. Onboard drinks a little expensive.

Very nice and informative tour. All covid measures taken place, a nice and relax tour with plenty of distance between travellers. the information provided of the three cities plus Valleta's harbour was interesting and informative, and we really enjoyed the trip. Thanks so much!

I booked this cruise about a week before my holidays. I was staying in Valetta, therefore I specified I needed some sort of transfer to Sliema where the tour started. I received an email from the travel operator two days before the day of the cruise. The email only said “9:30am pick up from near Phoenicia hotel”. Of course, I was a bit confused at the lack of specification so I emailed them back asking for more details about pickup (type of transportation, exact address etc). I didn’t hear back. So on the same day of the tour I rang them at 9am to ask for more details. The man on the phone was able to tell me the driver was already waiting and he was able to tell me the car model and taxi number so that I knew what I was looking for exactly. I got to Sliema without any more difficulties. I was early as the Cruise departed at 10:15 but I had a walk along the promenade and used this time to get a better view of Valletta from the other side of the bay. The cruise departed on time and I didn’t experience any trouble with my electronic ticket on my phone, I only had to wait for the captain who took a screenshot of my ticket and let me on the boat. The cruise is well worth it, excelent views of the harbour and the Three Cities. Explanations are not great though and can barely be heard from certain parts of the boat. I would recommend this cruise nonetheless.

Great Introduction to Malta

I did this on my first full day on Malta. It was a great way to see the landscape and the historical buildings. The commentary on the boat was adequate, but I really didn't full appreciate what I was looking at until I did some other tours of the area and visited the Three Cities and could get a historical perspective of the area. Absolutely recommend to do to get your bearings.
