He ensured we felt comfortable with segways( and supplied bikes for two people who felt the Segway was just a bit too difficult to handle) and went at our pace throughout the interesting and informative guided tour of palma city. I am so glad we booked this, it definitely made our visit to Mallorca memorable. Juan our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. I was worried about my young son being able to ride the scooter but they had a shorter handle for him and he was over the moon that he could ride it. Juan took us to the best panoramic places. This tour is the perfect time, not too short or long so you have time to shop or do other activities. I highly recommend this company, we started and ended on time and they were very professional.
