Mallorca Quad Tour with Optional Cliff-Jumping

The description on the website suggests a straightforward quad bike tour along the coastline it does not suggest that it will be difficult terrain and that you need to have experience. We arrived at the quad biking and had the briefing which was all straightforward. Two members of our party had forgotten their driving licences and were understandably not allowed to ride the quad bikes so they went on as passengers. We were given some basic instruction then told to drive into the town. Myself and my colleague were at the back and set off slowly as we had not ridden quad bikes before however we had been on skidoo’s and have 25 years of driving experience. Within 2 to 3 minutes of driving the quad bike we were pulled to one side and told that we were not allowed to go out on the bike ride. They said we were dangerous but no clear explanation was given. I literally drove straight. Maybe they thought I wasn’t confident enough!!? The worst part is we were not told what it was that we were doing wrong or given another opportunity to demonstrate that we could ride the bikes. We were told that we would get a no refund so that was nearly £200 wasted with only given three minutes to demonstrate our driving skills. We decided to let the other team members go on their ride but then found out the lead rider had left with our bags, sun cream, credit card and all our personal possessions. We were informed that they would not be back for three hours. If you book this please note: - that you needed to have some experience or needed to be confident on a quad bike - you will be going over rough ground and also on busy main road - you will be doing a test before we allowed to go out and if we failed it we would not get your money back

Pessima esperienza, che non abbiamo potuto vivere in quanto a causa di un imprevisto abbiamo fatto tardi, ma nonostante avessimo chiamato per avvisare e nonostante ci avessero detto che ci avrebbero aspettato, siamo arrivati esattamente 2 minuti dopo che sono partiti. Abbiamo provato a chiedere al meccanico, il quale gentilissimo e dispiaciuto ci ha detto che erano appena partiti. Abbiamo provato a chiedere il rimborso tramite il call centre (parlando con una ragazza gentilissima di viator), ma la ragazza che gestisce la struttura non ci ha voluto rimborsare in alcun modo e per nessun motivo: considerata la situazione covid Non aveva giornate sold out, poteva Spostarci tranquillamente ad un altro giorno. Infatti abbiamo prenotato 3 giorni dopo tramite un altro sito e c’era posto tutti i giorni della settimana. Prenotando tramite un altro sito pensavamo di trovarci da un’altra parte, invece ci siamo ritrovati nello stesso posto pagando 2 cifre diverse ( viator propone 53 € + il passeggero= 106€, l’altro sito ci ha fatto pagare 99 compreso il passeggero). Quando siamo tornati, nonostante il meccanico avesse fatto presente alla ragazza che eravamo la stessa coppia di 3 giorni prima, pensando non capissimo la lingua, ha fatto finta di niente. Il video con la go pro è risultato deludente in quanto sono stati fatti 4 mini video separati, che non sono stati neanche uniti in uno solo. I video vengono caricati su una pagina FB chiusa dalla quale non si possono scaricare, ma solo salvare su FB.
