Outstanding. A must do while in Cabo

Absolutely outstanding! Carolina and her mother (both. Gets- family business) were amazing. We enjoyed the local market and getting to cook at her mothers home (commercial rated) was so lovely. The level of detail they put into the ingredients and flavor was superb! Not the traditional “Beach Cabo” excursion, but I would do it over in a heart heartbeat!

Awesome!!! The experience was priceless. Chef Carolina and her mom were awesome!! Our group was only 3 and made the experience that much better. The margaritas were the best I've ever had, probably because we made them, lol. Highly suggest this experience. This was all done in her mom's house so authentic!!

A Truly delightful cultural and cooking experience

Issi was our chef. He was a complete pleasure to work with. He was well spoken when explaining the history and culture when traveling the back streets of Cabo, and stopping at local venders to select the freshest ingredients for our cooking experience. The cooking studio was located in his delightful house that had a kitchen replica of an operating restaurant where him and his very loving mother tests new recipes. Issi patiently coached us on making a local variant of iced margaritas, then a very magical Chicken with Mole sauce. It was truly an amazing experience. The only downside is now the bar is set very high for future dishes of this type... Highly recommended.

Colorful and delicious

Issi our chef and teacher was very knowledgeable about many ways to cook recipes in Mexico. He welcomed all of my many questions. I loved the way he adjusted the class based on our interest and took common recipes and added an interesting flair to them. He also showed us tricks for how the food is prepared.

Salsa in the Sun

My son, his wife and my two teen granddaughters LOVED this class. We visited markets and then cooked tamales and salsa in their home, set up with a commercial kitchen. Everyone got to participate. We had two lovely Houston ladies in the group and we were all laughing the whole time. Issi is a US trained chef who is a native to Mexico. Excellent teacher. You are completely taken care of. My son loved it too.
