We used this service for our trip into New York City. This particular ride was back to LaGuardia Airport for our return home. Our driver, Fazhan Javed, was cordial and on time. He got us to the airport with enough time to spare. Would definitely use this service again. Thanks.

When booking (and paying) for our pick up from JFK thie company stated that they would track our flight to ensure that the car would be waiting for our arrival. Our flight was an hour late in to JFK. I contacted the driver on arrival who stated that our flight was late and the company advise that we were a no show I explained that it was out of our hands - he stated that I would have to pay an extra US$20 plus tip which I agreed to as I had already paid US$80(approx). I will not use this company again.

We tracked your flight using the Airline website and the flightview.com. I am sorry you don't agree with their reports. Our drivers tried to make contact with you but you were not reachable. Drivers per our policies need to be compensated for waiting extra time when it goes beyond the agreed grace periods published and communicated to you via our booking confirmations. We also stated to have your mobile phone turned on upon landing so the drivers can communicate with you. We both don't like being in this situation and we always try to avoid this situation.
