Accepted payment and didn’t run that day

I purchased three tickets in their website and they weren’t even operating on the day that I booked. I had to quickly buy tickets on another tour boat company and when they found out what had happened they even discounted my tickets. There is no reason to accept payment for a specific date and time and then not even be operating your business. I want a refund.
