Fun, but needs to improve COVID safety
, Jan 2021
The actual exhibits are impressive. It's fun wondering round all the stars - many of whom were extremely realistic - and I was caught out by at least one person that turned out to be a wax work. The most interesting part was the room that showed how the wax works were made, complete with some of the oldest models. However, this was a very small part of the exhibition. Less good things: We went in September 2020. You had to wear masks on entry, but most people took them off for selfies and then left them off. By a couple of rooms in, we were the only people wearing masks and Madame Tussauds were not policing this in any way. I hope and expect that this has improved by now. The second half of the exhibition was pretty bare. The Chamber of Horrors has gone, there is supposed to be some sort of Sherlock Holmes exhibit in its place but we didn't find it (closed for COVID? if so, nothing indicated this), and the Star Wars and Marvel stuff is sparse and plays to a particular audience. All told, while we wandered slowly round, we were in there for a much shorter time than we had expected.

Nice experience, lots of fun. All stuff very friendly and a lot of positive attitude around. Love it
Enjoyable Experience

Myself and the kids really enjoyed it, despite the social distancing. It was such fun and the models were very accurate to the real life celebrities.
Madame Tusauds in the 20 Cent vs 21st Cent.

I visited Madame Tussauds in 1976 and in 2019. I believe in 1976 the museum was better than in 2019. The display of characters in the first was plentiful and well distributed, yet the scenes of the Victorian era were very interesting. In addition, The middle East figures are not represented as those in 1976. Thank you.

I’m disappointed because I make mistake with the reservations I call to the help centre to change the day but they say I can’t do nothing sorry you all ready pay .so I lose one of the ticket because my boyfriend was on work and he can’t come.

Madame Tussauds of London is amazing, but also busy a lot of people, you have to wait every time to take a picture with the celebrities.

The Madame Tussauds is a nice fun thing to do in London. Dont miss it. But don't get your expectations too high. It is a little outdated. That being said. Some of the statues are so similar to the artists and celebrities. It is worthy.
Not the best
, Dec 2019
not the best . The worst part was they didn't even have Salman khans model there. It was too packed out.
Busy - busy - busy - but have patience.

So many people as I expected, but if you have some patience you will be able to see all the figures you would to. A pre-booked ticket eliminates most of the entry line up, and is certainly the way to go. Very impressive displays going all the way back to Mdme Tussauds herself. The ride through London is amazing.
