When booking a private transfer from Las Vegas Airport (LAS) to Las Vegas and the surrounding areas, you will have 30 minutes free wait time from the time your plane landed; additional wait time will be charged at 15 minutes increments. Once your transfer reservation is completed, you will be provided with a link (and a phone number should you prefer calling) allowing you to confirm your flight details and your destination address so that we have accurate information to track your flight and meet you at the airport to get you to your destination (please choose carefully from the list of destinations we offer). Price per person depends on number of travelers in your party, based on 3 passengers per sedan, 5 passengers per SUV, or 6 passengers per Stretch Limousine. It's that easy!

Waited at the airport with my husband for 30mins to realize that there was no ride coming. Called and was told they were out of cars. Had to take uber. Asking for my $95 refund please.

Service was cancelled through email by car service just hours prior to trip. This traveling Agency never called to inform me that the car service they booked and I paid for was not going to arrive for pick up. I had to take a cab. I need a refund.

Our driver Tony was amazing!! He texted as soon as our plane landed. He met us at baggage claim. Grabbed our bags and escorted us to a brand new Tesla. Wonderful experience

Bad experience. Only thing good is the quick booking. It was last min and I understand the shuffle but when you send out confirmations and guarantees I mean they are expected. I put all the times correct. It was 15 pass and driver was not there to meet and greet. The email had given me a phone number for drive and it was wrong phone number was out of service. I had to call company . Drive showed up 40 mins late, and we had to walk to him. Not a great experience and paid way to much for crap service. I don’t think that should be anywhere called a limo service. It might as well have been a Uber X or a shuttle. Over priced at that. I could have gotten that for 54.00 to and from. Either way definitely going to book much way in advance and with a better company for the price I paid I could have gotten a limo stretch. “

That we never got picked up, then had to spend 45 mins on the phone calling different numbers in the confirmation email just to find a person who somewhat knew what was going on who ended up saying the ride was not coming! Terrible!

Driver never showed up. Then called you and you said it was on the way and then received a call that I wasn’t getting a driver or ride. This caller was one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. I personally was embarrassed for you company

Received a text right as we heard we were landing early. Michael, our Chauffeur sent a text, then another that he was waiting at baggage claim when we didn't know was claim area. His friendliness was above and beyond. Wonderful ride to our hotel. Thank you so much Michael .
