Arrive at the Grand Canyon National Geographic Visitor Center for lunch (if upgrade selected) and souvenir shopping, then proceed to Grand Canyon National Park for several hours of exploring at the South Rim. Make scenic stops at Bright Angel Lodge, one of the original hotel destinations at the Grand Canyon South Rim and Mather Point, with the most popular overlook and trails lining the edge of the canyon. See the widest and deepest point of the Grand Canyon at over 8,400 feet deep and 21 miles across.
Upgrade to include the most-watched movie in IMAX history, 'Grand Canyon Discovery and Adventure,' and/or a guided Jeep tour along the rim, complete with stunning views and an education on the canyon’s history, geology, and wildlife. Another option would be to take a scenic helicopter flight over the South Rim of the canyon (this replaces the visit to Mather Point).

We actually ended up going to the West Rim due to COVID-19 and the closure of the south rim. The views in the west rim was phenomenal and I did not feel like we missed out by going to the west rim. We added the skywalk experience to our trip and even scared of heights it was amazing. My only negative was on the return trip back to Vegas, the bus AC wasn’t working or it never felt cool in our seats. It was the almost unbearable, I’ve never been so miserable in my life. Maybe there were too many people on the bus or something. Danny our tour guide was amazing, enjoyed listening to him talk about different things along the way to the Grand Canyon. Even with the miserable return trip I would go again.
The Canyon is amazing, but the trip could be better. Positive points: the conductor talks about the history every where that we pass through; we road in Route 66 historic site; we had amazing views point in Grand Canyon National Parc. Negatives points: we didn’t have water in the bus; lots of stops in souvenir magazines; and the PICKUP TIME ISN’T AT 7:30 (!!!!), it’s at 5:40 and nobody let us know before, so some people have lost the pickup at hotel (we went by Uber to the company headquarters).
Recently went on this tour our guide Mr Green was amazing very informative and great company for the whole day as it was a long one over 16.5 hours the canyon was breathtaking and well worth the long day as I could have gone to the west rim which would have been a shorter day but googled which was the better and the south was by far the more impressive.I highly recommend to anyone wanting to go to the use Viator the only niggle I have was we past my hotel the Luxor when we got back to Vegas at 9 pm but we went down town to start the drop off of people and I was last to be dropped off over 1 and a quarter hours later hey ho you carnt have everything still a fab day out
Wonderful one day trip to Grand Canyon. Don’t miss it!!

Very well organised tour. Good choice of taking a helicopter tour (highly recommended). On time departure & arrival. The crew onboard were awesome. I would strongly recommend this tour for Grand Canyon. Thank you very much.
The Grand Canyon was absolutely breathtaking, a unique experience, well worth doing. The bus trip from Las Vegas though is exhausting. We had to be at a pick up point by 5.50am but didn't leave Vegas until 7.30am, annoying! Got back to our hotel at 11.30pm. We opted to do the hummer ride at the Canyon which was good.
We opted for the upgrade to a smaller mini van but the long drive to the canyon was still difficult. Once there, our Gray Line driver Irene knew just where to take us for the most spectacular, breathtaking view of the South Rim.
We booked this months ago and had been looking forward to the tour. It was well organized and Irene was beyond words. She was unbelievably knowledgeable regarding so many different landmarks and Vegas in general. She made us all feel like we were all friends taking this tour together. Oh, I should mention, my husband and I decided to upgrade from a bus with 56 people to a Mercedes sprinter with only 12 people. It was soooo worth the upgrade. We were taken to Hoover dam first and then we went to 3 different view points of the Grand Canyon. The views were breathtaking. Our lunch stop was great too. Our preordered food was hot and delicious. On our way back to Vegas, we spotted elks and Irene stopped so we could take pictures. She kept us very entertained with her sense of humor and all around wonderful personality.
