The drive was smooth and easy. The driver was really friendly and nice. However, the lady who confirmed my pick up time- going back to the airport was so rude! She had the nerve to tell me to change my flight time because it was too early ?! I think she’s from the agency in DR. Rude rude rude! But overall besides her, I do recommend!

Our driver never showed up. We were never contacted to say we were being looked for. When I called the local number to locate the driver, it had been disconnected. I will be requesting a refund.
