Worst touring experience

Took the KL hop on hop off your and wasn't given any details on where the pick up points were. Walked for 20 minutes just to find one and when I did the bus took over an hour to arrive. The loops take a long time to get through and aren't connected very well (2 hours through each line) and close at 6pm so it is near impossible to get all the sites down in a single day (I able to see two sites). I got so frustrated with this service that I just took a Grab (their version of Uber) and it was way faster and less hassle. Save yourself the time effort and expense and just use grab.

This is a great concept in theory. My experience wasn't good as I was given a two year old map with the stops printed in a different order. Also wasn't told there were two different routes so I spent two hours doing the garden route and after the first loop it retraced it's steps..the girl didn't tell me until I had to ask for her help. Oh. You have wrong map. Missed the transfer point and had to do the same tour twice. But the second loop was afternoon traffic and our driver was way too cautious. Dozens of people cut us off and took advantage of the 45 foot gap the guy left in front. Also jammed the brakes on for every yellow light.. Disappointing and a waste of my only day in Kuala Lumpur
