Excellent option for our trip to Kraków. Driver met us in arrivals with my name on a board, took us straight to the hotel. The vehicle was lovely and the driver was friendly going from and back to the airport after our trip. Would definitely recommend.

Picked up at the airport no problem,no contact from company till the day we were due to leave,by then after contacting viator re the return journey, no reply, we ordered a taxi from the hotel.On the way to the airport I got a text from the taxi company, by then it was to late. I suggest you get a pick up from the airport and get your hotel to arrange a taxi back to the airport, it stops you worrying if the viator company is coming to pick you up.

If you book this, make sure to book it well in advance. Our ride from the airport to the hotel never showed and we got an e-mail stating that the flight information was incorrect it was not after we took a taxi to the hotel. However, the company did call the hotel the day before we were leaving to make sure we were still scheduled and sent the car appropriately. Also, the image is a bit misleading. There is no BMW, but there is a reasonably nice van that handled our hotel-to-airport trip.

Very good service. Driver waiting in arrivals hall with name board, very nice vehicle, mineral water and a quick transfer to hotel. Pick up, back to airport, again very good and driver dropped us at the entrance to the departure gates We only had hand luggage and already had our boarding passes which meant we did not have to go into the main departure area. All in all very good service.
