Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Old Market Square, and learn about its medieval roots as you amble pass lively street performers and eye-catching architecture. One of the square’s key landmarks is the Kraków Cloth Hall, which dates back to the Renaissance era.

See Wawel Royal Castle and the cathedral, as well as some beautiful baroque churches. Hear the history of the Jagiellonian University, which is one of the oldest in Europe, and check out the medieval St. Florian’s Gate. Sites linked to the Pope John Paul II and an art deco glass window in the Franciscan Church are among the other highlights you may see.

My husband and I did this private tour. It was just us the tour guide. He was hilarious and knew so much about Polish history. The tour was fun and informative. My family is Polish, so I already knew most Polish history. I still manged to learn new things on this tour and my husband finally gained an appreciation for why Polish people are so proud to be Polish. I would surely recommend this to anyone. It was great!
