Mine is amazing Lots of walking (Downhill) but plenty of stops (to hear about mine) and a couple of breaks. Slight moan re Mine (not operator) produced a 20zl not to psy for 8zl orange and girl on desk really unhelpful and refused to take. I am diabetic 2 so this was awkward for me. Dont think offering 20 for 8 was unreasonable well into day

The Highlight of our visit to Krakow area. Tour was well organised. Picked up at our hotel by a very pleasant young man and transported to site in a very comfortable minibus with six other tourists We were in a guided tour of 40/50 people with an Excellent English speaking guide. Th tour moved at a steady rate. Tourists need to be very mobile as there is a lot of walking up and down mine shafts at a brisk pace as there are large numbers of visitors every day Strongly recommend this tour. It is a great experience and worth the cost I do not think it would be as enjoyable as s solo tourist without a guide

Would 100% recommend! We got picked up and dropped off at our hotel. The communication between the company and I was really good. The guide was really friendly and did a great job also . It is quite warm down there so there’s no need to put a load of layers on , bring a drink with you as there is a lot of steps . The ques at the gift shop are too long .

Awesome trip where we were picked up from our hotel by Peter our friendly, safe driver from Krakow Direct. Arriving at the salt mines we were kitted out with our entrance tickets and our audio equipment and headphones before we met our knowledgeable guide who worked for the salt mines- wow this lady knew her stuff. 780 steps down (135 metres) into the mine for approximately 2 hour tour seeing some incredible pieces of art carved from salt. The highlight for me was the great hall with its own chapel and alter (they do actual weddings here!!) the carving of the last supper was fantastic and so was the Pope Jon Paul II statue. Free time for a look round the shop or refreshments before cramming into the mine shaft lift (not for the faint hearted but the only way out - but it only takes 40 seconds) if you have time on your trip to Krakow this attraction should definitely be on your itinerary.

We were picked up on time and the entire trip ran really smoothly. The guide was fun and knew her stuff. As it says in the literature - there's lots of walking and steps - so not for the unfit.
