Important tour, shame tour company cut it short
, Dec 2021
The tour company was poor, causing us to go in an hour late and arrive at Auschwitz 2 as it got dark so tour was cut short. The guide at Auschwitz was superb and very informative and passionate about sharing her knowledge. A chilling but important tour to take to understand man’s inhumanity to man.
Great tour

Our tour was great. Everything on time. Natalia coordinated and did a great job. Our tour guide was Magdalena and she was great. Very informative. Would definitely recommend
Genuine and heartfelt guided tour

The guide was brilliant, she was so knowledgeable and very polite and patient with everyone. She gave the tour in a very heartfelt and respectful way and really made us think about things.
Very interesting.

It was a really good tour but should offer options to book shorter tours as it was just a bit too long.
Rushed tour.
, Nov 2021
It was ok but far too rushed. You hardly had time to look or take anything in. The tour guide walked really fast so not suitable for elderly . If I went again I would do a solo tour with no tour guide so you can look around at your own pace
Great tour of both camps....

Great tour of both camps. The tour guide was fantastic and informative. Great service overall. Would recommend.
Pay the extra for a decent tour company
, Nov 2021
The bus arrived about 30 mins late for pick up, this delayed arrival to Autswitz which resulted in us missing out slot so we had to wait over 2 hours in the car park. The tour was rushed as it was getting dark and we still had Birkenhaus to visit. Birkenhaus was visited but we were in and out in about 20 mins as it was late and not much light left! Didn’t get to see much there only walked in the main path and back out again. The whole tour seemed extremely disorganised with very little communication

Poor organisation ruined the trip
, Nov 2021
This review is mainly about the company, not the trip itself. I would recommend the experience, it was a very humbling and poignant trip. However, it was totally ruined by the poor service of the trip organiser. It started off badly with the coach arriving late, and when it did arrive, there was total chaos to find out which bus we were on. The tour leader was incredibly weak and was unable to take control of the large group. I had no idea the group would be so large when we booked (around 100 people) and would never have booked had I known. Once we finally made it to the museum, our guide told us that we would have to wait 5 minutes whilst she sorted the tickets. She finally came back well over 30 minutes later and tried to give us the tickets individually. Given the group was around 100 people this was a ridiculous task as she had such a quiet voice and no one could hear her. We eventually were told we had to wait an hour to get in with no explanation for why. This meant that when we went for the second part of the tour at Birkenhaus, we were so late that they couldn't finish the tour and we were whisked around in 5 minutes. It was incredibly disappointing and really ruined the experience. Overall, a terrible guide ruined our trip which we had so been looking forward to in order to pay our respects.

Great service
, Nov 2021
Great communication, always quick to respond to my emails. Punctual pickup and a pleasant journey. Busy at the entrance of Auschwitz, but our driver, soon had us going in the right direction. Then we were introduced to Natalie, who was very knowledgeable
Sombering, but a must do!
, Nov 2021
The bus was comfortable, the tour guide at Auschwitz was amazing. Jakub, his English perfect and so full of knowledge. A little chaotic during pickup as there were no signs to suggest we were in the right place but the driver of the bus knew the names of everyone he was collecting which helped,
