Our tour guide was amazing. He’d probably done it a thousand times but his emotions in his voice was so real. A day I’ll never forget. Heartbreaking but something everyone should do at least once in their lifetime x
Picked up on time, even though had to have the time changed the day before. Polite driver, let us know what was happening. You cannot come to Krakow and nit visit Auschwitz/Birkenau. This excursion is a must.
I would highly recommend booking this trip to Auschwitz, our driver picked us up on time and spoke very good English. We were advised exactly what the meeting points were and the tour guide was amazing. She was so passionate about making the experience as real as possible.
Firstly the tour time was changed to much later in the day causing us to change our plans and cancel restaurant reservation. Got to Auschwitz without any refreshments or informative video as promised. Tour guide did not give as much information as I thought would be given. Very opinionated and kept reminding us on how lucky we all were. Saying that no words could explain the sorrow that was felt throughout both the camps.
The most heartbreaking but fantastic day, Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and very clear English spoken. A long day as its over an hour commuting from Krakow, And a lot of walking but i would advise everyone to experience this history. I wouldn't recommend if you have walking restrictions as its not wheelchair accessible at all.
