Poor crew, horrible meal, cheaper to book in Thailand instead of using Viator

Too many people on the boat (41 on our tour) and the staff had a very poor sense of humour, to the point of being rude to many customers. The lunch was the worst meal we had in a very long time and then the boat crew started being very pushy for us to buy souvenirs from the locals (who they were busy chatting with). Also, we had booked this tour through Viator before coming to Thailand and we later found out from our hotel staff that we had overpaid and it would’ve been cheaper to book through them (they had printed brochures of the exact tour and operator with a much lower price than Viator) so save your money and ask your hotel to book your tours next time instead of using Viator.

This day trip was OK. More of just a day outing on the boat, swimming at random places (but last stop was gorgeous!!). Thale Nai lagoon is beautiful. Lunch was tasty and the crew is all very friendly and helpful. No fault of the tour operator on the snorkeling - the water is murky in the area they stop, but it was nice to swim anyway. No fins are provided, which makes it difficult to dive.

Great tour. Even though it rained towards the end of the tour, it was still a great experience. Saw many islands and the Marine Park is fantastic. The lunch was also delicious and got to see horned birds sitting in the trees as you eat. Saw a couple of monkeys on one of the islands, which was really cool to see. The only thing I would suggest is because of the choppy water we had to go through to get back to the island, I would have preferred to have my life jacket back as I am not a strong swimmer. I am not sure why we only wore them going out but not coming back into land. For safety reasons, there should be life jackets round trip.

A truly magnificent day! These guys knew what they were doing. It was a packed day full of activities and sites to see. Wouldn’t recommend for people who want to really take their time but I found it a great way to see all the sites that this beautiful and archipelago has to offer. Having said this, I completely understood their urgency to avoid the crowds. The boat was out to nearly every site first to ensure that you weren’t battling the crowds. The team were very accommodating and attentive to detail. A thoroughly enjoyable adventure!

Many thanks to the friendly staff from InSea Speedboats who made sure that everyone was looked after. A well paced tour from the snorkeling, to viewing the Marine Park enough time at each place to enjoy the sights. We had a family group of ten people ranging in ages from 3 - 58 years old. The friendly staff made sure that there was someone around in each of the activities across the day. Many thanks for the great day out enjoyed by all the family.
