Can't understand simple instructions

I deliberately took some time to make this review to look at things objectively and blow off some steam. I’m not saying they are a bad company, but I had a bad experience with them, hence the review. I booked for a transfer on Oct. 17, they came on Oct. 16. I told them my flight was Oct. 17 after midnight. They showed up again on the morning of Oct. 17. When the right time came they refused to send me another vehicle. They even lied to the booking company and said they spoke to my sister who reported canceled my booking. That did not happen. They later offered to refund, which I accepted. Later they told the booking company they would not refund. It was such a headache. However, if you do book with this company (I always believe in second chances), make sure they fully understand when to come and pick you up. Oh, they also speak very poor English, so make double sure they understand you.

Dear Mr./Mrs. thank you for ordering with us, here we provide an explanation of this communication error, first through your order write on October 17, 2019 at 12:45 am, this is midnight, and our staff has confirmed to you about the pickup time you want. You told our staff it was 10:00 pm. then our company sends the right vehicle according to your request. After the driver arrives at the hotel, the hotel calls you, and your sister says to come back tomorrow morning at 7:00 am. then we can say we have provided service twice. because in the morning like your sister said. Our driver is available at the hotel, but the hotel tells the driver that you have left the hotel. thank you for your review. Have a nice day.
