Private Departure Transfer: Jakarta Hotels to Jakarta International Airport

Unfortunately this was the worst experience I have had with Viator. The transport to pick me up from the hotel to go to the airport arrived well within the time and the vehicle was fine. I indicated the terminal I needed to get to terminal 3 but the driver believed that I needed to go to terminal 2. He then rang back to base to check and was told that I needed to be at terminal two. Needless to say when I made enquiries about my flight and arrangements I was told that I needed to go to terminal 3. I then had to take all my luggage out of terminal two and find a bus to take me to the right terminal. Instead of being a relaxed check-in it became a little more stressful as the amount of time left before boarding was reduced considerably. I have always had excellent service and communication with my Viator experiences - unfortunately this was one time when things came unstuck.
