They cancelled my tour the day before via email. I didn’t see it because it was buried in spam. So I still showed up. And when I got there they let me know it was cancelled but that I could walk around in the tunnels.

We normally avoid touristy things like this, but Houston's size was overwhelming me and it seemed like an interesting way to grasp the city. Our guide was phenomenal and integral to us getting the most out of a quick visit to such an immense and diverse place. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Houston. Thank you so much for the experience.

Tour starts off slow but gets better as it goes along. Thanks

I've come to look for a City tour every time I visit a new place, including international travels and truly enjoy them. I must admit, this was my least favorite. I would suggest starting in the opposite direction since the tour got better as it went...The narration & accompanied music was, however, entertaining. Thank you for keeping it an option

I would have preferred that it would be more like the hop on hop off experience like in San Antonio or NYC.

Quick Tour, No Stops
Jacalyn_H
, May 2022
I was told to go to Vistors Center at least 15 minutes early to show my voucher and get a wristband. I was there an hour early so I can look at the Vistors Center, no one was there, the door was locked and no sign to explain. It was raining so I had to stand outside under the awning. The bus eventually arrived and we boarded the wet bus. Shortly after the driver came up and wiped down the seats but after we were wet from sitting down. This was listed as we could get off at the stops and catch the next bus to continue on. That was not the case, we went from location to location without stopping. Very disappointed with the handling of the tour but did love downtown Houston.

Hello thank you for your message, severe weather conditions are out of our control, never less tour bus was on schedule and on time 15 minutes before your departure and the Visitors center was open. On a panoramic tour, you stay on board and complete the full loop. You purchased a 80 minute panoramic tour not a hop on-hop off tour. Was great serving you, and we appreciate your love for our city .

I live in Houston and work in downtown, and I've always wanted to take one of the bus tours. It was great! I learned several things about Houston that were a surprise to me, and saw parts of the city that I've never visited and taken for granted. Loved it!

Houston - 4th Largest City in U.S.
Tamara_T
, Apr 2022
Three of my sisters and I were in Houston for the opera, Don Giovanni. We had time the morning of the opera and decided a tour of the city would be fun. I found your tour on the internet and the price was great, the duration fit our schedule, and the tour covered the parts of the city we wanted most to see. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour guide. He was knowledgeable, informative, and entertaining. We especially loved that he repeated "Houston is the 4th largest city in the United States" so many times! We got such a kick out of it that one of my sisters quoted it throughout the day every chance she got. And that made the rest of us laugh! So, we enjoyed the tour all day long! Great tour! I certainly recommend it to anyone wishing to get better acquainted with Houston.

Good and enthusiastic narration but sometimes he talked too fast without proper diction. I have to admit as well, I did not find downtown Houston that interesting.
