A nice day. Unfortunately no fish caught. Guides were ok. Tour finished nearly an hour early due to the one large fish being caught, they said they had to get it back, so we had to stop fishing.

worst experience ever

I booked a 11am trip and drove from Brisbane to Gold Coast. The trip was cancelled due to insufficient people. but did not receive any notification until 9:13am by a SMS. I was on the way drove to Gold Coast and did not check the phone. It is very disappointed when I arrived. I wait on the spot and hope other boat can take me. But all boat were full, except the True Blue Fishing Charter I booked. I was told the company charge is expensive so few people travelled with them. The refund is really hard. True blue ask me to contact Viator, but Viator did not deal with individuals and ask me to contact True blue. It is really pissed off. I complain the trip to admin of True blue, but the lady told me I should contact them to ensure the trip is OK. Hello?
