Very good service

An excellent service with a very clear, informative and sometimes humorous English commentary and buses on time. The only minus was the fact that not all stops had timetable to check the times of the following buses.

It was less than okay. As it was pouring with rain limited seats upstairs all taken, so had to sit downstairs with foggy windows and could barely see. Not even a hello from the drivers just "headphones in the box there" audio kept cutting halfway through when the person was speaking so someone needs to review that. Probably better in winter

Great experience but why isn’t there an app making it easy to locate stops as well as when next bus is due!!

I love hop on hop off tours and the Glasgow tour was no exception. Clean bus. Good tour details. With all the technology available, why isn’t there an app that clearly shows bus stop address, gps locations and when the next bus is actually due to arrive??? This applies to all hop on hop off tours.

Given Jan 2nd is a banking holiday in Scotland which I did not know when booking this tour, all the attractions were closed but it was nice to see where everything was and listen to the commentary on Glasgow's significant locations, I was even able to use the bus as a transfer between my hotel and the train station :)

Maybe good in summer, not cold weather!

We rode the bus at night and sat on top not realizing the back was open. Didn't matter because we rode the bus twice more and sat downstairs and there was no heat. And the outside temp was about -2°C. The narration was ok, but the music portion was a bit repetitive and annoying. Staff was not helpful.

Fantastic Journey
babewick
, Nov 2019
We had previously done a tour elsewhere and it was a guy with a microphone talking through each section of the stops. This tour in Glasgow has that edge, as it had the historian Neil Oliver doing the narrative as a recording, so we listened to the commentary though earphones provided on the bus. The tour was better than what I thought and would definitely do it again.
