The experience itself was great but getting a tickets was complete disaster! So at first keep in mind that you must print your internary they sent you on the website in order to redeem your tickets which is fine. So I found a way to print my tickets at the hotel and there were 2 redemption points where you could go to get your tickets! So I went to one was close to my hotel and it was closed( the website said it was open) so I went on the front desk and asked so the lady called them and I spoke to tour agent in the phone and she told me to come to different place which was 25 minutes away to get the tickets. So I went there and it was a hotel in downtown and I came to front desk again and they had no idea why I am here and they said that agency is closed today. So they tried to contact the tour guide and they said that they were going to deliver tickets in 30 minutes. So the tour guy texted me on WhatsApp and was very rude to me and told me like there is a redemption place on your ticket and you just needed to go there. Wbu did you show up at the hotel Rafain? Well first of all there 2 places on the ticket and I didn’t know that one was closed and another thing is that is not the right way to talk to your customers even though you think that they are idiots! I am not from here and don’t speak Portuguese so I still found a way to come here and getting around! No need to be rude she telling that I am stupid! I went to a place and it was closed and your your guide sent me to wrong place ! How is it my fault? Why am I an idiot??? So I had been waiting for 2 hours almost at the hotel so I messaged her again and she was like I thought you were coming here to get the tickets! Are freaking serious??????you made me wait for 2 hours and now telling I have to time here! So finally they brought me tickets and told me well I am sorry we sent you to wrong place but if you followed the thing was on the ticket you will be fine ! You just gotta be kidding me!!!!!you don’t talk to people that way!!!this is not a customer service I would like to receive! I have lost almost all day:( I didn’t even have time for anything. I had quick lunch and went for a tour. And I went there and they gave me tickets for 2 people!!!!!jesus Christ! I am solo traveler! Common! I normally don’t write reviews unless it is an amazing experience or the worst one! Today I took time and wrote this review!!!! It was just bad and made me so tired so I wasn’t able to enjoy the tour at all. But the ice museum was fantastic and open bar!!!!
