This was a fantastic experience! Chef Vary and her husband treated us to a wonderful private cooking class at their home. We learned how to make two kinds of pasta—mama Mia!—and, because it was a birthday, we also learned how to make tiramisu. A nice wine and Prosecco accompanied our meal. Can’t recommend this enough.

My wife and I booked the small group but were the only ones who showed up. Instead of cancelling the class we were treated to an incredible one on one class and wine tasting. The location was and equippment were top notch and the food we made was some of the best we ate while on vacation. The lessons, recipes, and memories we got from the class surpassed any expectation we had. Must make time for this class! Highly reccommend.

Our group of four had a great time during our pasta cooking class. We laughed a ton, learned lots and enjoyed a great meal. Highly recommend this class as it's a great chance to learn how the locals make pasta and break up the routine of just going out for another meal.

We ended up being the only two people that signed up for the class, and it was an awesome experience! Definitely one of our favorite things we did on the trip! Chef Vary was very accommodating to our likes and dislikes, and taught us so much. We had a great time, and GREAT food!

Chef Vary was so helpful teaching us how to make a couple different types of pasta then we made three different dishes from that. The food was delicious and it was a lot of fun being in a small group and learning how to make pasta!

Loved this cooking class! The small group element made it easy to get to know the people in your class and offer Chef Vary a chance to teach one on one. The pasta we made was incredible. We used all seasonal and regional ingredient and she was super open if someone said they were allergic or didn't like a specific ingredient. The wine pairing was phenomenal as well. Would love to do again sometime!

What a lovely way to spend an evening! We made three different types of pasta from scratch. Because it was a small group, everyone had an opportunity to experience everything. We also made three different types of 'sauces'. Combinations that I would never have imagined or tried otherwise. We then sat down to wine and dinner. So delicious. I highly recommend this class. PERFECT!
