Booked as a surprise and wasn't disappointed. A fantastic evening of La Triviata. Even refreshments to buy in the inerval (3 Euros for prosecco). Would recommend.

Americanized experience

It consists of opera pieces, with live piano, in an authentic little church. Artists are talented, and English presentation of each piece helps the audience understand the story. Clearly -and understandably- not a real Italian opera experience because some audience sits like they are at home on the sofa, wearing all sorts of casual clothes and shoes. But it can be a light and fun start for people who are afraid to be bored of opera.

Loved the format performance and setting, the church was what made it more intimate. What a better way to see a opera and knowing proceeds go a good cause. My kids loved the experience and were mesmerized.

What an amazing performance. Bravo!! The talent was incredible. Vocals, sensational. Piano accompaniment, stellar. I have seen Opera's around the world this was first class. We absolutely loved the performance and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Florence. What made this more than special was to learn from the staff at the venue that all proceeds are directed to a special charity that truly is a worthy cause. Thank you for an amazing evening, we feel blessed to have discovered this on Viator!

The location was fantastic as it was in an church which made acustica sound grate! We all so near the performers which it feel so intimate! Recommend it to anyone even if you have never been to an opera before and those who say they do not like opera as it was so different to any other opera! There was a great explanation before each act which meant you understood what was going on!!
