Different architectural styles from Georgian to Victorian to modern. Powers court building. Famous Irish men and women from Dublin. Aoine was an excellent guide.

Very knowledgeable guide. Great way to see the city. Everything was really good. Sometimes hearing was a problem but couldn’t ask for better and friendly people.

Many thanks for that. The city can be very noisy at times but I must remind the guides to ensure that then can be heard and to confirm this with the clients. Appreciate the comments

Voice of an Angel!

With all the COVID-19 restrictions, it’s very difficult to get on any tours, and I was so glad that Pat did not cancel on me even though I was the only person! He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave suggestions on what to see outside the tour, where to eat, and shop! The highlight of the tour was when he sang a verse of the Cockles and Mussels! I definitely recommend this tour!

Very many thanks indeed, Elizabeth. In these diffiult times we are as intent in looking after one person as a group so it was our pleasure to show you around. I'm really delighted that you enjoyed the experience.

Wonderful tour

Great walking tour with Pat Liddy. My husband and I were only people on tour and could ask questions and discuss everything we were seeing. Pat is expert on Dublin history and we learned so much.

Many tyanks for your generous review. It was great to be back touring again for myself also. Delighted that you enjoyed the tour and hopefully your whole visit to Dublin. Pat Liddy

We missed out.

I am sure the tour would have been wonderful, but we arrived 10 minutes late and couldn’t find the group. we hated being late but we had hoped there would be some grace period during the tour introduction.
icon Response from Host , Sep 2019
I am sorry you missed the tour. We advise the clients to arrive 10 minutes before the tour commences and we need to start on time, as many clients have a tight visiting schedule and they have attractions booked straight after the tour. I hope you will understand. If you are still in Dublin, you can use your ticket on our morning or afternoon tour (please contact the office for details). I am very sorry you missed the tour.

Good Overview of Dublin

We took the Dublin Historical Walking Tour on our first day in Dublin. It gave us a good overview and layout of the city. Also, the guide identified points of interest that we probably would have bypassed (e.g., the Archeological Museum - which is a must see). This is a good overview tour, but you don't dive too deploy into any one area. There is a lot of walking (2 1/2 hours) so wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

Thank you very much for your kind review. I hope you enjoyed your stay in Dublin!

We loved this tour. It was a nice introduction to downtown Dublin. It was a great way to get oriented and it was nice to stretch our legs after being on a long flight.

Good Tour

Our guide was great - imparting a wealth of information. We covered a lot of territory - physically- walking, and historically - through the ages from Vikings forth. Do you know what the official color for Ireland is and the real story of Molly Malone? You'll find out. There is so much to see and do in Dublin. This was a good way to get introduced to the city, see the locations of various sites to return to
