My husband and I enjoyed the tour. Our driver was very knowledgeable. Found out that there's a lot you thought you may have known, but really do not know. I would recommend this tour to my friends and family as we enjoyed it that much. Worth every cent.

This was a great tour. The tour guide was excellent, kind, and very informative. There was plenty of time to tour all of the sites. Dalkey Castle was fun. The views of the sea from Killiney are amazing. There was a stop at Avoca where you could shop and eat. We personally would have rather skipped the Avoca stop and had more time at the Johnny Fox's pub so you could eat there. The restaurant, pub, and music were charming and the food they served looked amazing, but there was only enough time to order a drink. Overall, it was a great tour and our family thoroughly enjoyed it. We highly recommend it.

Excellent, quick get-away from Dublin City

I was visiting Dublin with my extended family (including 2 teenagers) for 3 days. After touring many city sites, it was a nice change to see the green landscape and ocean for which Ireland is so well-known. We were picked up right on time at a convenient location and boarded a comfortable, small tour bus. Our driver and guide, Adrian, did a fantastic job explaining the history and stories of Dublin, Wicklow, and Killiney. The tour of the castle was informative and entertaining. The views from Killeney Hill were spectacular. We were back in Dublin City Center by 5:00PM. We all loved that we got into the country side without spending all day on the bus. The timing of the stops perfectly broke up the travel time. I highly recommend this tour for anyone interested in a quick trip from Dublin city-center into the country.

The Delkey Castle and Killiney Hill...

The Delkey Castle and Killiney Hill Tour was fabulous! Our tour guide was professional, knowledgeable, and an excellent driver. A true Ireland history buff who was very kind, patient, and entertaining not to mention a Bruce Springsteen fan!. The midsize bus coach we rode in was modern and provided a very comfortable ride. We stopped at Dalkey, a beautiful seaside resort just southeast of Dublin and first settled by the Vikings. Dalkey castle was once a fortified town house built in the 1600's. At the castle and we viewed a short historical video and were then greeted by talented character actors who further explained the history of how people lived there in the middle ages. Killiney Hill is a beautiful park where the views are amazing note it involves a bit of uphill walking. The drive from place to place was scenic and photo worthy. We were able to browse a few shops and also had time for lunch our cost. Before returning to Dublin we stopped at Johnnie Fox's one of the grandest pubs I've ever been to and I've been to a lot of pubs in my lifetime lol. This traditional Irish pub is also known to be the highest elevation pub in Ireland! Sláinte!
