There wasn't any big bus running yesterday I called the number given to me but no answer. I found out from the tourist office yesterday that the big bus wasn't working yesterday that it will start operating from today the 7th until the 10th of August so I need my refund back because you have sold a ticket to me for yesterday the 6th of August 2020

Every big city I visit I like to use Big Bus for at least 2 days. Good value as I got in Dublin a night tour and whiskey distillery for free. Night tour could be missed but distillery great. One of the days had a live guide who was excellent.
