Desert Safari Adventure from Sharjah with Dune Bash and BBQ Dinner

This was such a great and fun ride. I was very pleased that Royal Adventures offers tours from Sharjah, so we didn't have to go to Dubai for the pick-up. Our guide and driver Abdul was very punctual, nice and cool. It was very impressive to see the line-up of about 20 identical 4x4s in the desert, and then see them drive off one-by-one like a choreography once the dune bash started. As someone who's scared of rollercoasters and a tendency to have motion sickness, I was afraid I couldn't handle it, but it was very thrilling and fun. There were others who were unfortunate and got sick, so their cars stopped, it was not a problem, just bring a bag just in case. Unfortunately there was no sandsurfing that day. As we visited during Ramadan, there was no bellydance performance, but the performances were still very entertaining and impressive. The BBQ dinner had a lot of food offerings - I was already full after eating the appetizers, so when the BBQ buffet was opened at 7 PM, I just had a little taste of the grilled meats. Between the appetizers and the BBQ buffet, we availed of the free henna tattoo (for women only) and shisha (apple flavor). At the camp, you can also ride quads/ATV for 100 AED/ 20 minutes. Bonus feature: a very cool playlist once the dune bash began!

Best thing ever! As it was done by truly local gentleman, we felt really welcome and got to know a little bit Arabian culture and he was really friendly to answer all our questions. The Safari ride was amazing, we had our daughter 5 years and son 7 years with us and they were never board. Henna painting and national clothes and also the food. Entertainment and camel ride. Fantastic. Best experience and very reasonable price as well. Thank you so much!

Este tour fue extraordinario !!! Realmente muy emocionante y pude disfrutar del recorrido excitante por las dunas como de película !!! También monté en camello, me pintaron con hena, observé el trabajo de los artesanos árabes que dibujan con arenas de colores, disfruté el baile, tanto de la bella como de los chicos, comí cordero, un bufete muy completo y viví la noche en el desierto. Altamente recomendable !!!
