Airport pickup service was good, ride was great, but no water iffeeed. Went straight to the hotel. Problem occurred when during the ride my wife took off her sweater in vehicle during the ride her passport wallet which was around her neck in a special folder came off and had dropped on the floor which we hadn’t noticed. Interior of vehicle was black and so was the hanging wallet. We got out at the MNestic Mirage, the driver got our luggage and we went to checkin. Driver did not check his vehicle for items left in vehicle by accident. When we checked in, they asked us for our passports, mine was around my neck but my wife’s was not. We tried calling Viator and could not get anyone. Local provider of the ride transfer took our contact info but did not give us their contact info. So my wife had to rent a cab at $80 usd and go back to the airport, track down the device provider who contacted the driver and they had to meet at a gas station to give her the passport back which the limo driver had found in the car. This took my wife 4 hours to get her passport back, all because the driver had not checked the vehicle for items left in his vehicle when we go to the hotel.
