Our guide, Pedro, was very friendly and helpful when planning our itinerary. He made suggestions and answered all our questions as we drove around the island. This tour is a great way to see a lot of the island and not be in a crowded bus on someone else’s schedule.

Ok tour on a Sunday

We booked on a Sunday when things were closed most everywhere else. The jeep was fine, but unfortunately it was not open top like the picture shows. We felt a little claustrophobic with 5 of us in the jeep that didn't have an open top. The tour stopped at a beach where we swam for about 30 minutes, then on to a beach club. The food at the beach club was so-so, and at first they tried to charge us $8 for a soft drink that was not included with the meal. When we asked to see the menu to find out the prices, they admitted that the soft drink was only $3. (They didn't initially show us a menu, just told us what we could choose from.) The snorkeling was good from the beach. Our guide was friendly and helpful.

Pedro was awesome! We had such a blast and highly recommend. Wish there was a little more time to snorkel. The tequila tour and Mayan village were so cool. And had the best mojito ever!

Had a fantastic time at the Tequila Factory, then we toured around the island and visited 3 beaches and snorkeled and had lunch at the last "beach". Dipped in a really cool "black" swimming pool. Perfect way to enjoy Cozumel!

Fun day on Cozumel

When you are on Cozumel for just one day you want to see as much as possible. So we rented a Jeep. We had a guide driving in a separate car in front of us. Traffic is fine on Cozumel so no problem. We visited the Mayan Ruins, we went for a Tequila tour but you get told how Tequila is made but there is no plant here. But you can off course buy Tequila!! We drove on towards Punta Sur along the coast which is a scenic drive. Punta Sur is well worth a visit. There is a lighthouse with awesome views at the top and there is a observation tower where you can spot crocodiles, we saw two. And a lot of Flamingoes and a Spoonbill. The attractions are not included in the price which isn’t very clear on the website. We had a good day.

Great experience

This tour was great and very informative. We drove around the island and made stops at beautiful places. Our tour guide, Jerry, was also very friendly and fun to talk to. If you can help it, ask for him. Also, bring cash because a lot of the attractions are too remote for credit cards and you’ll need to pay with cash. Unfortunately, the day we went, all sea activities were cancelled due to strong winds and bad weather, but I’m sure it would have been amazing. Overall we had a great time and Jerry really made it fun!
