I got no information on how to meet the tour, so as a result I missed it. Noone at the port heard of the company either. I would like a refund. From now on I will pay more for cruise ship tours as I at least will be able to find the tour!!!!

Our guide, rodrigo, was very knowledgeable and helpful! The views and the beach were great!! I gave a 4 star because there’s a lot of stairs and we had 2 strollers and the excursion isn’t very accessible. Rodrigo helped a lot throughout to make it easier!

Amazing History Lesson

Rodrigo was our guide and did an awesome job throughout the duration of the excursion. He was great during the drive, teaching us about the area and taking a lot of photos of our group as needed. The ruins were a whole other experience, unlike anything we had ever done though. Incredible history and views off the ocean. A legitimate 10 out of 10 from our group for this excursion.

A Timeless Adventure

The tour was good, a great place to learn about Mayan history. However, this tour should not be taken when on a cruise ship docked in Cozumel. The ride going and coming was longer than the actual time spent in Tulum. Our guide Edgar, was informative and tried to keep a very diversified group together. Would like to have had more beach time.

NOT as advertised

listing on Viator says it's a 10 minute distance from the cruise pier-it is BUT a 10 minute taxi ride-then they added another 2 people to the tour that were returning at a different time-with the understanding they would get a ride-our time was shortened (not due to the tour company) because our ship's sailing time was altered-when we arrived on site we were told we should use a bicycle ride to where it started to save time (another added cost)-then when we were ready to leave, the added couple couldn't be found which further delayed us ~30 minutes, causing us to miss the 1PM ferry back, had to take the 2PM, then a taxi ride back to the pier..the whole affair was rushed, hurried & badly done. the guide from the company was not really very good nor well versed (as the guide we picked up on site was also not). things we were told by the tour guide turned out not to be true-the whole thing was a farce-and if you thought this would be less expensive than the ships price-the added costs totaled the same or more--NOT WORTH WHILE!

Our tour leader met us as scheduled and escorted us on the ferry to the mainland and took us on an air conditioned van to Tulum and provided an experienced guide there. Out tour leader escorted us back to Cancun. Very pleasant guides! there were only 4 people in our tour.

Did not take the tour. Missed the tour as the ship arrived too late. Was unable to contact the tour company.

Should have been canceled.

3 only because of the tour guide, she was knowledgeable. The tour should have been canceled because the sea was too rough! I normally don't get sick on ferries, but this time I was so sick that I ended up throwing up. I couldn't find anything to vomit in so I tried sticking my head over the railing, that was a mistake, because the wind blew it all back. The rest of my family was so nauseated! There were 10 that boarded, but we were the only ones that continued because everyone was so sick from the rough sea. We spent a lot of time trying to locate the others. One group came down to tell her that the trip should have been canceled and they were so sick that they were going back. We had a late start and we had to stop so that I could buy a new shirt and clean up. The tour was supposed to include a hour on the beach, but at the end of the two hours we finished the tour and left no time for the beach. I contacted them for a partial refund and they refused!
