Had to cancel my sons senior cruise and sadly forgot to cancel this excursion with all of the stress surrounding the cruise. Hopefully next time.

Lovely facility except for the water. The people were great. The food and drinks were delicious and delivered to your chaise on the beach. However, the water was murky with lots of seaweed on the ocean floor. Wish the water was better so I could return.

The resort was very cleaning especially the bathrooms. It wasn’t crowded or rowdy. The drinks were ok. We only had to ask for a little more alcohol in the drinks. The food was great because it was made to order. The pool was very nice. We’ll definitely visit here again.

Really like the pool and beach area. Tocos were awesome and drinks were nice and strong, however our waiters Martin and Fernando were not to be found most of the day and had to get drinks from other waiters

Our family of 6 had a great time at Paradise Beach as a day stop on our cruise. We took a taxi from the port to Paradise Beach. We had paid for access to the water toys but due to the wind, none of the inflatables or kayaks were available here or at any other beaches that day. Paradise Beach willingly offered a discount so we only paid for the all-inclusive food and beach. It is a great place to relax as they keep the beach vendors in 1 place so you can go see them but they are not bothering you all day. The food is good and the service was fantastic. Our family would return if we go to Cozumel again.

Our waiters took care of all 12 of us, we had nothing but great service from everyone and always smiling. Pool was great but would have been better if it was a swim up bar. Beach was nice and luckily lots of shade because we were all sunburned from the previous day's excursions.
