Corinth comes alive
Scott_S
, Sep 2021
A guide makes such a difference. Tas, our guide, was knowledgeable, thoughtful and engaging. He made Corinth come alive for us. Corinth is quite spread out and would not be worthwhile to visit without a guide. The acropolis is quite unique and is worth the climb. Lunch at the restaurant overlooking the ruins of ancient Corinth was special. This was a great tour!

A Journey Through Time

The tour was much more better than we imagined: one of the most beautiful experiences during our entire stay in Greece. It was like taking a trip back in time. Our guide (very kind, nice and helpful) explained to us with a lot of emphasis and passion all the places and historical sites we visited. We will definitely recommend it to all those who one day want to visit the city of Corinth. Thanks again!!!!

Awesome experience

Our day trip from Athens to Corinth was a highlight of our vacation. Panos, our driver, was excellent. He provided the right amount of input about the places we visited without being tedious. The Corinth Canal and the Fortress were awesome. Panos allowed as much time as you wanted at each stop. Highly recommended.

Pretty nice

The driver was very nice, and the vehicle was outstanding. The only downside was that this was more of a driving service than a tour (I felt the language on Viator didn't clearly articulate this, but that could be my fault). The driver did give some information here and there, but he was not so much of a tour guide as he was a driver.

Great experience in Corinth

We had a great time in Corinth. The guide was thoughtful and knew a lot about Greece and its history. Our English was not that good but he adapted to us. The trip was relaxing and we had plenty of time to investigate by our own as well. Corinth is a must visit! We enjoyed the trip, we recommend it.

Ancient Corinth & Isthmus Canal
Maria

Tas was a superb guide. He had extensive knowledge of Corinth and all its history - from the Corinth canal, to all the ancient sites, and great food that's available in this city. He paced the tour perfectly: took as much time as needed at all the sites, but also include breaks for coffee and lunch before you'd get exhausted. The tour included visits to the Isthmus canal, Ancient Diolkos site, Acrocorinth, Ancient Corinth Archaeological Museum, Temple of Apollo, Agora (Roman Forum), and St. Paul's church. Went twice to the Hadgimoustafa spring but there was a woman tending her animals so had to skip this site. My favorite was the Acrocorinth, which had beautiful views of the Corinthian Isthmus. The hike is easy but you need good, sturdy shoes. Lunch at the local tavern was super yummy. Thank you Tas for a wonderful tour!

Corinth - don’t miss this experience!

This was the highlight of our trip. Excellent guide, Tas who gave us in depth knowledge about the area and the history. My daughter and I love history. We also travelled with my parents in their 80s so this tour was suitable for older & younger family members. Expert driving, relaxed and plenty of time to see everything with no feeling of being rushed. I loved it. Home and planning when we can return to see more.
