The whole experience was great and highly recommended. I would rather do without the diesel fumes from this boat and others around it. E-boats would be great.

First time visited Chicago... This is the great River Boat experience we ever had... Nice and polite staffs, the lady told us very good about Architecture Chicago along the river... Nice ride! This Company had discount rate for Seniors... compared to the others two River Cruises I checked with!!! This cruise Included complimentary soft drinks and coffee...

The architecture tour on the Chicago river is ahhhhhmazing. There is no better way to absorb the true magic of the city than being in a boat in the middle of it. However I would highly suggest looking at booking this tour through a different company. We (family of 4) got to the dock 25 min pre-board and the boat was packed. So packed that there were no available seats on either the upper or lower deck. Granted some people decided to utilize empty chairs to hold their belongings, but ultimately I was super surprised that during this time when the virus is still active in our country that this company sold out every seat on board. We ended up sitting on a bench on the left side of the boat, which was close to the bar (bonus?) but was on the wrong side of the boat to see the buildings that the tour described. Also we had to continuously shuffle every-time someone needed to go to the bar and then return to their seat. At $55 per ticket, this specific company did not exceed any expectations set to match the price point paid. As stated above, I would definitely take this tour again, but would choose another company as the service provider.

It was dreadfully noisy. I n=might have heard a word or two but never enough to hear a complete sentence.

A very interesting and educational tour. (Hint: sit on the starboard side of the boat for best viewing of the buildings being described.)
