A line to nowhere

The Tilt and 360 views were awesome but having to wait for 3 hour in line to get up to the observation deck was a nightmare. No places for disabled people to sit while waiting in line and even the staff seemed confused on where to instruct guest to stand in line.

Very dissatisfied

I’m never a person to complain but It was a horrible experience. I paid a lot of money and didn’t get to take part in it at all. When I purchased the tickets it did not say anywhere that I would still have to wait in a line for 2 hours. It listed a reserved time slot so I assumed it would be honored. We got there half hour early to find out otherwise. We waited and waited but had other reservations we had to attend to so couldn’t stay. I’m trying to get in touch with somebody to get my money back. I paid for both the observation deck and tilt ride and got nothing. I’m very upset about this experience since it was one of the things we really wanted to do while here in town.

The clouds were low and we could not see anything. We were really excited to be able to go see this but the weather did not allow us to view. The time inside was very brief and we were not allowed to take any pictures.

The only issue was it was too hot. They had the heat on. They should have a better air circulation system. Other than that it was awesome!!

Not up to expectations

I had wonderful thoughts about this experience after reading a few reviews online and hence did the booking, however the first experience was standing in a super long queue that seems to be never ending, approx. average wait time is 90minutes+ and the whole idea of watching the Sunset from the top, went for a toss as I couldn't reach the top on time, despite being in line for so long. The next terrible experience is when I thought I would be printing the Photos that I have received as memories in huge sizes that can cover my full wall, however the sizes shared after paying such amounts of 45USD+ were hardly 2MB each, meaning I cannot even print them on a 18 by 24 canvas clearly, forget about the big wall expectation.

It was a very beautiful view, all the employees were exceptionally nice. There was a long wait at first but well worth it.
