We went on a girls trip to Chattanooga this week and went on the Chattanooga Murder and Mayhem ghost tour. Jessica was our tour guide and she was excellent. She was a great storyteller. The tour was very fun and informative with some historical highlights. I would recommend to anyone who enjoys ghost stories.

I’m sorry to say that we were disappointed. It rained and the guide’s mask made it nearly impossible to hear her. Neither were your fault. However, on the second stop, the guide told a story about a ghost that was seen with blood dripping from their fingers. That was a little hard to swallow. At that point, we separated from the group and went back to our cabin. Sorry for the poor rating, but I assume you want the truth. The guides were very pleasant and friendly, but the stories were simply not believable.

Hi, I'm sorry you did not find the story believable, but I just wanted to make it clear, we did not make this story up. It is from a newspaper clipping in the Chattanooga Commercial, 1887, entitled Horrid Spectres. While my copy is too faded to read the exact date, it is on page 5, and I found the article at the library in downtown Chattanooga. We do not make up any of our stories. Thank you for giving the reason for the review.
