Problems with communication between Viator and the agency that coordinated the actual tour!

The day that we had scheduled this tour we arrived at the tour meeting point only to find that we were not on the list. The voucher we received from Viator indicated to *check* with the Nexus Tours representative (tour coordinator) for the departure time, which we did, in person as they had an office in the hotel we were staying. But apparently we were supposed to re-confirm with Nexus, which was not indicated anywhere by Viator, and they had to give us a new voucher, with their company logo. Nexus employees were great handling this, and we managed to change the day for the tour, since we couldn't go because of the
