Worth the money to upgrade. This boat only had 15-20 people and the other ones had 25-30+. Staff was excellent and the private beach was wonderful.

Luxury Catamaran trip

The Catamaran and the service on the Catamaran was 5 star. The 2 hour drop off at Isla Mujeres was not what I was hoping for. The lunch I would rate 3 star at best. The lunch and Isla Mujeres was a disappointment and caused the rating to drop over all

Great experience and great fun!

In my opinion this is the best way to experience a catamaran tour in Cancun. The number of folks are limited on the boat and the quality of the service and experience is much higher. Truly a GREAT family day.

Luxury Catamaran Trip

This Luxury Catamaran trip was truly a wonderful experience. The crew were great and very accommodating. Maximum number of people on this catamaran is 25 which is ideal. Compared to 50+ with some of the other Catamaran companies. Lots of shade to sit under, air conditioned cabin and premium open bar. Family members did the snorkeling and loved it. Lunch at the Private Beach Club was also very good. Definitely would recommend this trip. Well worth the additional price. Would do it again.

Day Sail and Snorkel to Isla Mujeres from Cancun
steven f
, May 2019
My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and wanted to do a nicer catamaran cruise, not the big party boats. We sailed on the Victoria, and the boat and crew were top notch. We had about 20 total guests on board, and everyone had plenty of space to spread out and relax. Our guide Miguel did a great job explaining our itinerary and keeping us updated on our trip and activities. The entire crew was extremely friendly and accommodating. For safety reasons, they don't serve drinks onboard until after snorkeling, but that still leaves alot of time during the trip for bar service, and the staff was great keeping your drink refreshed. The boat itself was modern, immaculately maintained, and very clean. Now the not so great stuff: The snorkeling is awful. Although there are some decent corals and fish to see, the snorkeling location is a "cattle call" for dozens of other day cruises, and there are literally a hundred or more people in the water at one time. For safety, the crew requires you to stay together and hang onto a rope being pulled by our guide in the water, so there's alot of bumping into each other and getting fins kicking you in the mask. I had read reviews of the catamaran trips in Cancun, and all commented on this, so it did not come as a surprise. Although the confirmation says that towels are provided, they can not be taken off of the boat. Our first stop in Isla Mujeres allowed us to walk to the beautiful Playa Norte beach, which my wife and I loved, but we did not bring towels from the resort, so we "drip dried" on the way back to the boat. The second stop in Isla Mujeres really soured the whole trip. The private "beach club" where we had our lunch (at 2PM) was a dingy place, and the food was not good. Drinks were to be included here, but when I ordered a beer it was a draft beer in a 6 oz cup, and it was warm. The beach itself was full of rocks and seaweed, and basically useless. Fortunately, we weren't there too long before getting back to the boat. Once back on the boat, all was right with the world again, with great service and a beautiful sail back to Cancun. I would definitely recommend this experience based on the service, the boat, and the sailing experience. Skip the snorkeling (get a drink instead!) and be sure to bring towels with you.

Outstanding Service!

I have taken Catamaran cruises in every country I have traveled and none held a candle to the service we received from Miguel and his crew. From the moment we boarded the incredibly clean boat, we wanted for nothing. They anticipated our every need, kept cocktails in our hands, made sure everyone was incredibly comfortable and safe. No language barriers at all, in fact our boat captain spoke fluent French in addition to Spanish and conversed comfortably with the French folks on board. I was super impressed! The snorkeling was good, and the guys made sure we were all safe and enjoying ourselves. Halfway through the excursion, I lacerated my cornea with my own fingernail. Miguel was so concerned about my well being he even offered to take me to get medical care while we were docked for lunch. Unnecessary, as I knew what was needed but incredibly kind to go above and beyond his job description to ensure I was ok. We will definitely use this company again in any future visits and beg for the same fabulous staff.

I always use viator for all my excursions they are very helpful and such a honest company. But this excursion was totally worth it, staff was great and such beautiful waters. The buffet at the beach club could use some improvement
