Awesome Cenote

I loved the Cenote. That was my favorite part. The tour was long, but too short at the Cenote. The pyramids are amazing, but too hot 🥵 so we couldn’t pay attention to what the guide was saying; we just wanted some shade.

Excellent tour

The tour was quite long. We got picked up at 6:30am from Hyatt Ziva and didn’t get back til 7:30pm. Marco made the tour fun and he’s funny. It’s a long ride to Chichen Itzan (4 hours but we stopped at Valldolid). We were on a charter bus so that made it tolerable. It has a restroom and you can stand up and stretched. We slept about half the time on the bus. It took almost 3 hours to get back to our hotel. The tour is very informative if you want to learn about the Mayans. The swim at the Cenote was fun and the buffet was ok. Overall we were glad we booked this tour. We learned so much of the history of the Mayans. Marco really knows his stuff. I suggest you get the deluxe package so you don’t have to worry about paying the taxes and getting picked up at the hotel.

What an incredible experience. This day will be remembered forever. Many thanks to our guide, Marco! Marco was knowledgeable, informative, but most of all genuine. While the internet will provide you with the most amount of results, Marco will provide you with the most accurate results. Ma'alob kin, Marco. Thank you for an amazing experience!

This was an amazing experience and rodrigo was an excellent tour guide, very patient and informative. When seeing the pyramid it is very hot and pretty congested, but still really great. The cenote was super fun but very unorganized and chaotic. Overall I loved this package!

A Wonderful and Memorable Day

This was a wonderful tour that I highly recommend! The transportation was very comfortable, and Marco, our tour guide, was phenomenal as were Vicente and Jesus, our bus driver. Because of Covid, we could not stop at a smaller town called Valladolid on the way to Chichen Itza, but we were able to drive through it and learned about it. When we arrived at Chichen Itza, we were split into small groups which was very nice. Vicente was our tour guide. The tour itself was extremely informative and interesting. It was, as many have mentioned, very hot, so it’s important to be prepared for that. After the tour, we drove to a Mayan restaurant and had a an excellent buffet. Then we had a short drive to a cenote where we swam for about an hour. That was such a unique experience for all of us! The entire tour took about 13 hours from start to finish, and it was well worth every penny!
