Very informative!

Took this trip this past January, right before the pandemic, and really enjoyed the tour. The guide was extremely knowledgeable about Mayan culture & archaeology and provided insights into Chichen Itza that you wouldn't get if you went on your own. The Ik Kil cenote was beautiful. A lot of people but definitely worth it! Be prepared for a long day though, so don't plan on doing anything else that day.

Very nice for the price

Overall it was a very nice tour, especially for the price. The large cenote and Chichen Itza were amazing spots. Pros: - Got to see all the parts in the tour with good amount of info provided. Note, last min they changed from Ik Kil to another cenote (however, it was just as good and way less crowded). - Leaving from Tulum was a bonus as we were the last to get picked up and first to be brought back (save a lot of time) - Buffet lunch was really nice (lots of options and good quality food). - Replies and questions about the tour were prompt via Whatup Cons: - Not enough time to explore Valladolid (should be at least an hour) - Take out the additional sales pitch for souvenirs - at the cenote we had to go through a souvenir shop and listen to a sales pitch for mayan souvenirs. It takes away from the experience. - The entrance fee to Chichen Itza collected by the tour guide fluctuates if payed in pesos (it follows the US dollar). We wanted to pay in pesos, but they charged more since the US dollar went up - I thought we were in Mexico and if paying in local currency the price should not fluctuate. It was not a big change, but it is the principal - kinda reduces the trust in the tour.

Worth the $$

my sisters wanted to do an adventurous thing while we were in mexico for the first time so i found this online and it was way cheaper than the one that our booking website offered so i thought why not! it offered transportation, lunch, and three destinations. overall, i really enjoyed it but the reason why it lost a star is because of two things. the first thing was because they dropped us off at the wrong hotel at the end of the night ( i understand there's multiple RIU's but still.. that was a sour way to end the night). the second thing is the fact that the tour guide spoke A LOT (which isn't bad) but it left no time to take pictures (15 minutes isn't enough) and an hour at the cenote was wayyy too short. the tour was very informative though and the food was decent. but definitely watch out because it's also a tourist trap where we spent over 30 minutes at a gift shop before our lunch.

An amazing experience Eduardo and Mayo were great. We learned so much history and saw so many historical sites; the Cenote was beautifully breath taking and jumping in was amazingly incredible. We will definitely recommend and do this again.

This trip was an AMAZING experience that will be cherished for a lifetime! Our tour guide (Rutsamora aka Root) was bilingual (English and Spanish) and made the experience fun and enjoyable while also explaining the history of it all. The reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because it is a VERY long day on a bus that was not so comfortable for the 3 hour ride to the ruins. Honestly though, worth every penny and every minute stuck on the bus!! Also you get your tickets in advance and then a message (email and text message) a few days in advance on what to prepare for and what is recommended to bring.

Tour guides were super nice and funny. They gave us a lot of history along the way. Everything was on time crunch so we didn’t get to stay as long as we wanted because we needed to move onto the next. We were not allowed into Valladolid due to this virus going on and had to turn away. All in all it was a good experience and I am happy we went.

Great day exploring Mexico!

I went on this trip with my partner as part of our 2 week holiday in Riviera Maya. Visiting Chichen Itza was an amazing opportunity to hear about Mexican history, our tour guide was very informative and ensured that our opportunity was maximised despite it being busy and extremely hot. The Cenote was my favourite part of the trip, we loved it, but we would have liked a little longer there as I did feel a little rushed. Visiting Valladolid was a lovely addition to the trip, however again this was very rushed and I didn't feel like I could relax or explore the town as much as I would have liked to. We were out for 13 hours on this trip so it is a very long one, however it was well worth it and very enjoyable, I would highly recommend and feel it was excellent value for money!

Had an incredible time, Norma and the rest of the crew and drivers did and excellent job. I highly recommend these guys. Pickup and drop off were smooth and on time. The day started at around 7:30am, a van picked me up from a nearby hotel then dropped me off to a bigger bus. We checked out chichinitza pyramids and surrounding artifacts. After that a 10 minute ride to the Cenote where we swam and ate at a buffet, drinks were not included, so make sure to carry a couple of bucks or credit card to buy drinks. After the cenote we went to a tequila distillery where we tried some samples then we checked out a small town for like half an hour maybe. The trip is alot of hours so be ready to spend all day with these guys, at the end you'll be tired. For the price this was an incredible deal highly worth it and recommend it if you would like to take a trip outside the touristy hotel zone and check out some of the countries history.

Great tour and well priced compared to other, similar tours. Our guide Norma was really helpful, enthusiastic and informative. We were one of the first buses at Chichen Itza and at the cenote, meaning both were relatively quiet. We also really enjoyed the stop off at the distillery and Valladolid. A lot of other reviews for other trips suggest that these stops are unnecessary or centred on shopping, but we didn’t find this at all. Overall a great experience.
