Just be careful of the want to change the ticket to premium which we did and it’s cost us over 200 $ per family which not worth at all , bar is not open and food is terrible but the crew the we’re great

Do not upgrade

The scuba area was deep, choppy and had no visibility. The food was cold and they only had five bottles of bottom shelve liquor. I paid a $100 to upgrade to deluxe. No top shelf liquor and oj and lemon mixers. No other juices. There was no extra room on the boat as promised and you can't sit in the cabin as promised. Definately buyers remorse. Basic $43 catamaran a decent value but Cancun Sailing as a whole was garbage.

A great day out but Neptuno needs replacing!

Second time I’ve done this trip. This time our boat was “Neptuno”. This was probably the oldest catermeran in the world. It is not friendly for guests at all. It’s grubby, has an uncomfortable floor to sit on on no real Nets to chill out on the front. Last time we were on “Maines” which is brand new and has all the mod cons of an excellent vessel. However the trip is still great value for money and to be fair the onboard crew were excellent, hence the high score. It’s time to replace “Neptuno”
