When we arrived we had to wait for over 30 minutes for everyone that was doing the excursion that morning to arrive. Due to that wait it seemed like we were being rushed and lost a lot of time once we actually started the tour. The group I was in had to do the cenote first since other groups were doing the zipline and ATV first. When we got to the cenote we were told by our guide that we had 40 minutes to enjoy the cenote and swim. Within 5 minutes of being at the cenote our guide then says to us that we only had 15 minutes left. Not sure how it went from 40 minutes to 15 minutes in a matter of 5 minutes. The zipline experience was not great. There are only 3 ziplines in total. We had to keep waiting for an employee to arrive at each zipline station to assist everyone in the group which took away from the fun and the experience; and a lot time was wasted in doing so. The ATV's were fun although I think the trip/route on the ATV's could be a little longer and not as short. The food that is included with the tour is only rice, beans and 2 tacos (either pork or fish). The food was not all that great. The bottle of water that was given to everyone in our group was hot. Overall a lot of time was wasted in the beginning waiting for everyone to arrive which does not make sense because each group that arrived together was assigned to the same tour guide, it is not like the groups were separated after they arrived. I feel like like the time we had to wait to get started took away from our time and experience at the cenote because we were rushed. A lot of time was also wasted at the ziplines. As for the pictures, the photographer that is assigned to your group barely took any pictures of us. The photographer was "missing in action" the majority of the time. There is a tequila tasting and vanilla tasting that is included in the tour which was not bad. Overall the experience was average. I would not do this tour again.

This is a must DO tour if you are vacationing in Cancún. I went durning COVID and I felt safe during transport and activities. There was a surprise tequila tasting. Buy souvenirs here bc they are more affordable. You will get to zip-line, ATV and swim in Cenote. This is a must for adventurous ppl. FYI wear swim suit under clothing, bring a hair covering (muddy-ATV), wear water shoes and outer clothing you don’t mind getting muddy. Bring insect repellent. Lockers were $5 USD

Great half day trip

Advertising says 5 ziplines but there was only 4 that we completed if I remember correctly. You will get to do a tequila tasting of about 6 different types. You will be sold these liquors if you choose to do so. Keep in mind that yes, you can take the bottle with you on the plane just as your guide will say BUT remember that it can only go in a checked bag, not carry on. Mosquitoes are for real out here also, so be sure to bring bug spray. You can buy some when you arrive at the site for 5 USD for a sample size cream packet. The ATV ride was fun and they have automatic ATVs so even if it is your first time, you will do fine. The cenote was also great. We saw a spider monkey swinging from the trees above. The time spent at the cenote could have been a little longer. You are given lifejackets to wear while in the cenote. This trip is great and for us lasted the 4 hours as indicated which includes transportation to and from your hotel. You may do the activities in a different order than other groups - some people came prepared wearing their swimsuit under their clothes and water shoes.

The whole experience was amazing! Beto our tour guide was very fun!! Unfortunately it rained by the time we were supposed to do the zipline but even though we could tell the staff from the tour were frustrated, it was not they're fault so all good! The ATV were AWESOME! and so the cenote! Thank you guys, can't wait to go back!!

Great Energy

I really enjoyed the staff, they were very helpful and very energetic it became contagious. The only thing I can complain about is that I wished each course had been a little longer, I would have enjoyed going to another Cenote and having more time on the ATV's. I also wish there were more meat options for the lunch besides pork because I do not eat pork and I was only able to eat 2 bean and rice tacos that did not remotely fill me up. Other than that everything was great!

ATV fun!

Reno was amazing and very nice, as well as all the tour guides. I did not like that it noted lunch was included, but they only had tuna and pork tacos. My family does not eat pork or tuna. They made it extremely hard for us to even get something to drink even though we were not eating. Other than that everything went well.

It was fun. The things I didn’t like was the ATV were super smoky and was burning my calf. The food was okay. But either than that, the tour guide were super helpful, funny, nice and understanding. It rained a lot when we got to the cave and they still let us get in the water as long as there was no thunder:)
