Explore coral reefs, ancient history, and nature in the Riviera Maya on an combination tour that features some of the best of Yucatan in a single day. Snorkel through the coral reef in the Caribbean Sea, visit the Tulum archeological site, and swim in a cenote, then explore a limestone cave and take a jungle walk. This tour includes entrance fees, a buffet lunch, and door-to-door transport from hotels in Cancun or Playa del Carmen.
  • Tulum Ruins, Caribbean Sea snorkeling, and cenote combo tour
  • Explore the Mayan Ruins in Tulum
  • Snorkel through a coral reef in the Caribbean Sea
  • Hotel pickup and drop-off are included

Why Travelers Choose This Tour

The popular Maya ruins and cenote swim tour is expanded here with a third stop for snorkeling.
Start with pickup at your hotel, then begin the trip to the Tulum Archeological Site, among the most dramatic ancient cities on the Yucatan Peninsula, with stone fortifications overlooking a white sand beach. Learn about the history and culture of the Mayan people, with free time to photograph the ruins before leaving the site.

Continue to the Mexican Caribbean in an air-conditioned vehicle. Get fitted with snorkeling gear, and slip into the water to swim over the coral reef (the fee for Conservation of the Marine Fauna is not included in this tour, and must be paid during the tour).

The afternoon is all about the natural world: follow your guide into a cave that’s bristling with stalagmites and stalactites, then take a walk through the jungle, listening to a forest chorus of tropical birds and animals. Visit the nearby Cenote Caracol to cool off with a swim in the fresh, limestone-filtered water.

This tour concludes with drop-off at your hotel.

This tour is a great sampling of what Yucatan has to offer. There were 3 of us on the tour and we all had an awesome day. Loved swimming in the cenote. The day was very organized. Thanks to Juan, our tour guide and Nicolas, our driver. Gracias !
A must for every traveler!

One of the best tours. Highly recommend. Victor was a very knowledgeable, friendly and fun guide. Visiting the cenote was the highlight of our trip. Well worth the money and time.
Juan and his team was great

I was skeptical after booking it as it was a little difficult getting information from support. After 1 hour on the trip Juan made all of us feel comfortable especially my daughter which is the most important part for me, he was very accommodating and overall great tour guide. I recommend this trip for family’s and couples. Please book at least 48hrs in advance so that you have time to think about it.
Great chance to experience it all at one time.

This was a great trip with an excellent guide in Juan. He made the whole experience so much fun and was so knowledgeable about the places we went, the animals and plants we saw and the history of it all. Tulum was great and we got a sense of what happened there and what it was like. Snorkeling was fun and we saw stingrays and turtles even though the sea was rough. So don't let that hold you back, it was great. The best was the Cenote swim. I'd never heard of them and it was fascinating. This is a tour well worth the money. GO !
Fantastic Guide!

On our last full day, this was our favorite of all the tours we did. Our guide, Georgia, was infectiously enthusiastic about everything; fun just to be with her. Our friendly driver, Roman, was always spot on and kept watch over our stuff in the VW bus. The tour of the Tulum ruins was a bit short on free time, but we got to see everything there. The local guide was well versed in the archaeology of the location. The snorkeling was surprisingly good and the turtles and rays showed up on schedule to the beautiful reef. Finally, the cenote swim was one of the best we experienced, just long enough and more remote and with a small group. Couldn't be happier we chose this trip.
A great time(

Above and beyond experience
, Mar 2020
We had an absolutely amazing time and could not have asked for a better tour group! Georgia was amazing and so was our driver ( I forget his name ) Our group was pretty great too with a good mix of people. Tulum was beautiful as it always is! The snorkeling was the best I have ever done! We got to see amazing fish, manta or sting rays and even a sea turtle soo close and soo amazing! The water was calm so it made for perfect snorkeling. They went above and beyond after my boyfriend forgot his Nike’s on the van that we were on the tour. I contacted them via WhatsApp and got a message right away and the next morning his shoes were dropped off! I wanted to know if I could get them myself but instead they dropped them off! Talk about service!!! I have never had that with any other company even in Canada! Soo if you’re looking for a great tour that doesn’t totally break the bank; I 100% recommend Ocean Tours!!
Great experience
