Fantastic tour taking in the major sights in BA. Loved the pictures you made of us in the tango and soccer stadium. Only bought the tango one but wish I had both! The tour guide was great! Should have a bigger sign at the pick up that says Viatour! We could not confirm due to no internet but it all worked out. Got the email message the day before about the time change

We enjoyed this tour but was very disappointed that we did not actually visit La Recoleta Cemetary. On the itinerary it says you can finish there, or in a shopping centre, or restaurant area at the new docks....but when I queried this the guide says it wasn't in the itinerary and we could either finish at the shops or restaurant area. La Recoleta was one of the places we really wanted to visit, and that's what we expected on this tour. As we were sailing on our cruise later that afternoon, we didn't have time to go ourselves to see it!

Dear Elaine, We regret that the tour did not meet your expectations. The entrance to Recoleta Cemetery is not included; we just pass by the neighborhood to see, from the bus, the most important highlights. The stops are at Plaza de Mayo and Caminito. We apologize if it wasn´t clear enough. Thank you for your review, it always helps us to improve our services. Kind regards, Tangol

Just returned from our 4 week trip to South America and I must say this was the worst tour of out trip. The tour director was so impersonal. She didn't even say hello when we boarded the bus.Absolutely no personality. I was so glad my husband and I went to see Recoleta Cemetary the day before the tour because we drove by on this tour so fast I never even caught a glimpse of it. The two stops we made were not interesting. Many people were confused about our trip back to the trip, and even though I knew we were suppose to find our own way back, it was still a shock to many of the older people who are use to getting a lift back to the ship .
icon Response from Host , Jun 2020
Dear Karen, We regret that the tour did not meet your expectations. In this tour, the drop-off takes at the city center. The port is located about 20 minutes walking. On the other hand, the entrance to Recoleta Cemetery is not included; we just pass by the neighborhood to see, from the bus, the most important highlights. The stops at Plaza de Mayo is because you find the Government Palace and others important building and at Caminito, where the tango music was born. We regret that the city tour has not fulfilled your expectations. Thank you for your review, it always helps us to improve our services. Kind regards, Tangol

Absolute would never use them and would not advise anybody else to use them the reason being they never even turned up we waited for around 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time and no show we were disgusted so we lost our money and had to get the hop on hop off which was very good
icon Response from Host , Jun 2020
We are truly sorry to read that you didn´t join us. The excursion you booked is a regular service in which we must go through different hotels to pick up passengers. The pier is the last point to pick up people, also the time is not exact because it depends on traffic and travellers. We apologize if it wasn't clear enough. Thank you for taking the time to write a review, it help us to improve our services. We hope you can visit us again so that you can reverse your opinion and enjoy the quality of our services.

The guide just told us "that is this" and that is that", "we're stopping here" and "We'll meet back on the bus at ____time". She didn't give much, if any, historical and cultural information regarding what we were seeing.

Dear Bill, we are very sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations. Regarding the guide, we take note in order to improve our services. Kind regards,

While BA is a beautiful city, our Tangol tour was conducted in three languages. The guide indicated that was the way they always did it even though we had bought the "English" tour. We didn't understand most of what she said and also spent most of the time in the least desirable areas. Horrible!!
