Didn’t go to as many bars as I thought we would for the £50+pp but it was New Year’s Eve. The bars we did go to we enjoyed but the free bars was only lager and wine which wasn’t to our taste, and the free shot in another was less than a thimble worth. Ended up paying for our own drinks so costing us more. We did enjoy some of the bars to return on other nights.

I've always heard about nightlife in Budapest from my friends, but i didn't know where and which bars to go to. Luckily this pub crawl popped up, because we went to lovely, atmospheric ruin bars with great company, even made a few new friends. At the end going to a club was an excelent finish.

A must do experience for anyone interested in embracing the local culture of the Budapest nightlife. Not like the typical free tours full of young drunks. A more sophisticated crowd lead by fun and caring tour guides. Do not forget to try the palinka!

Had a great time on this tour last Friday! This was one of my first pub crawls I have done in Europe and I must say, it wont be my last. As a solo traveler I felt this was a fantastic way to meet others, as this pub crawl tailors to everyone having fun as a group. We were supplied a shot at every pub we went to and then all hungout as a group, so we were all very familiar with each other by the time we got to the nightclub. When we got to the nighclub there was a very long queue so being with the pub crawl was immensly beneficial by skipping the queue. If I had more time in Budapest I would have done it again.
